Austria Kapsch delegation visited Ticom Tech:both parties reached a consensus on further promoting cooperation on GSM-R soft switching technology in railway wireless communication.
From July 7, 2015 to July 9, 2015, Thomas Schopf, chief operating officer of Austria Kapsch, Michel Clement,CEO of Global GSM-R business, and Francois Chartier, director of customer support management paid a visit to Ticom Tech and discussed the cooperation on GSM-R soft switching technology in railway wireless communication.
In March this year, Ticom Tech and Austria Kapsch signed a “A new generation of BTS (BTS-R/BTS9000a) cooperation agreement” in Vienna, Austria. This visit to China is mainly to have an in-depth communication on the specific implementation of GSM-R softswitch technology cooperation based on the cooperation on the new generation of wireless communication technology, and has achieved effective results.
On 7th, Huang Lan, Vice Mayor of Nanjing City, met Ji Rongxin, chairman of Ticom Tech, Mr. Thoment, chief operating officer of Austria Kapsch, and Francios Chartier, etc, and had a friendly conversation. Huang introduced the basic situation of Nanjing, the general situation and development direction of the economy, and expressed support and hope for the cooperation between the two companies. Deputy director of Nanjing Commission of credit commission( Zhai Shengqiang), deputy director of the Municipal Finance Bureau( Diao Haijie), member of Municipal Foreign Affairs Office(Xia Yan), director of Bureau of software and information services of the Commission(Chen Keke ) attended the meeting.
On 9th, Mr. Ji Rongxin, Mr. Thomas Schopf, Mr. Michel Clement, and Mr. Francios Chartier visited director of bureau of transportation department Chinese electric railway company(Liu Zhaoying), deputy director(Ma Fang), and director of Communication(Jiang Yongfu).Ticom and Kapsch reported the achievements since the cooperation and promised to make further cooperation in R4 soft switching and 9000A distributed base stations. Leaders of the Ministry of e-commerce expressed support for the cooperation between the two parties. They are satisfied with the achievements and look forward to closer cooperation of both parties, so as to continue to maintain the leading position in the industry, and to make more contribution to the development of railway industry. The two companies expressed their gratitude for the support. They will push ahead to become first-class enterprises with more enthusiasm, more pragmatic approach and more cohesive force.
